Our everyday premium extra virgin olive oil originates from the Halkidiki region in northern Greece – known for its mild climate and fertile soil, which create ideal conditions for olive growing.
The oil has a soft, well-balanced taste with a slightly fruity character and a delicate, round aroma. It is cold-pressed under optimal conditions and has an acidity of max. 0.3% – a sign of high quality and freshness.

To preserve its flavour and quality, store olive oil in a cool, dark place. You can keep it on the kitchen counter as long as it is protected from direct sunlight and heat sources.
