Shipping Prices

Shipping with us costs from 36 DKK to a parcel box and from 48 DKK to a home address. We use PostNord as our shipping company. Additionally, we offer local delivery for residents in 4180 Sorø for orders over 249 DKK.

For purchases over 499 DKK, there is an option for free delivery to a parcel shop. For purchases over 749 DKK, free home delivery is available.

Delivery Time

PostNord’s delivery times apply, typically ranging from 1-3 business days. They deliver to parcel shops every day of the week, except holidays.

If there are internal package handling issues at PostNord, longer delivery times may occur.

All orders are shipped the next business day (if the items are in stock). In remote areas of the country, longer delivery times may occur.

PostNord

PostNord will send you an email/SMS with information about your package once it has been dispatched from us and registered in their system. If you are not home when they deliver your package, it will be dropped off at a PostNord parcel shop unless you have authorized them to leave your package. PostNord delivers to private addresses on weekdays between 10 AM and 5 PM.

Reshipping

If you forget to pick up your package at the post office, provide an incorrect delivery address, or refuse to accept your package, PostNord will return the package to us.

We will then contact you to find a solution to get your items to you. If reshipping is required, we charge a fee starting at 36 DKK, depending on the size of the package. This fee can be paid via MobilePay or bank transfer.
