Refund policy
As a customer with us, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. Within these 14 days, you must contact us via email at grskcontact@gmail.com.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase of food products that have already been opened.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to accept the item without also notifying us.
When returning the item after notifying us, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and you are also liable if the item is damaged during transport.
The package must be sent to Lindevej 3, 4180 Sorø. We only accept packages sent directly to this address.
Gift cards cannot be returned.
Complaints
As a customer with us, you have a 12-month warranty, and for food products, the warranty is limited to the product’s natural shelf life, which can always be found on the product.
This means you can get the item replaced or refunded, depending on the specific situation and whether the complaint is justified.
You must file a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Please notify us of any complaints via email at grskcontact@gmail.com before returning the item.
For shipping damages, we must be contacted immediately upon receiving the item.
