Welcome to GR-SK ('græsk) – a love story that connects Greece and Denmark, and a passion for bringing authentic Greek flavors to Danish homes.

We are Dimos and Josefine, a Danish-Greek couple who found each other in 2021 and fell in love with each other and the Greek culture. Dimos is from Greece and moved to Denmark in 2020, while Josefine is Danish. In June 2023, we decided to combine our passion for Greek food and culture by creating GR-SK, a company dedicated to bringing the finest Greek products, with a focus on the highest quality olive oil, to Denmark.

Our mission is to share our love for Greek olive oil with Danes and to inform them of the countless ways olive oil can enrich both flavor and health in daily cooking. We’ve noticed that many Danes either don’t know about or underestimate the value of good olive oil, and we want to change that.

At GR-SK, we believe that the best olive oil is not just an ingredient – it’s an experience. That’s why we not only offer products of the highest quality but also provide inspiration and guidance on how to best use and store your olive oil to keep its freshness and flavor.

We work closely with producers in Greece to ensure our products are authentic, sustainable, and made with love. Our goal is to create a bridge between Denmark and Greece, where we share the best of both cultures.
