Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250ml
Discover one of Greece's most award-winning olive oils.
A superior extra virgin olive oil made from Makri olives, which possess unique characteristics thanks to the local microclimate.
The olives are harvested in mid-October and extracted within 4–8 hours after harvest, cold-pressed under optimal conditions to preserve the unique flavor.
As an early harvest olive oil, the olives are picked while still green, before they turn purple. This process gives the oil a distinctly more intense and fruity flavor, as there is less oil in the olives at this point, resulting in a more concentrated flavor. At the same time, it tastes fresher, more well-balanced, and with minimal bitterness – making it ideal for those seeking a harmonious and elegant olive oil.
This award-winning Greek olive oil has a vibrant flavor profile with notes of green olive, green banana, artichoke, and freshly cut grass.
Complex yet delicate, best enjoyed raw as a finishing touch to your dishes.
Region: Makri region, Greece
Olive variety: Makri olives
Harvested: October 2025
To preserve its flavour and quality, store olive oil in a cool, dark place. You can keep it on the kitchen counter as long as it is protected from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Always close the bottle tightly after use. Avoid storing the oil in the refrigerator, as this may affect its consistency.
We offer free delivery on orders over DKK 499.
Expected delivery within 1–3 days.
Delivery details will be included in your order confirmation.
