Our everyday premium extra virgin olive oil originates from the Halkidiki region in northern Greece – known for its mild climate and fertile soil, which create ideal conditions for olive growing.
The oil has a soft, well-balanced taste with a slightly fruity character and a delicate, round aroma. It is cold-pressed under optimal conditions and has an acidity of max. 0.3% – a sign of high quality and freshness.
Rich in natural antioxidants, polyphenols and vitamin E – a healthy and tasty base for both cold and hot dishes. Use it in salads, for cooking, over rice and pasta dishes or simply with bread and a little sea salt.
